The 6th European Health Qigong Games will include:
1. Health Qigong master intensive lecture/Routine training courses
2. Health Qigong exchange and competition

VII. Expenses
1. Accommodation recommendation:
The hotel shall be booked by the team. The Organizing Committee recommends the following hotels near the Sportcenter Donaucity, Vienna (all about a 10-minute walk) for reference (Final status is subject to actual booking):
Quasi three-star *** : Lenas Donau, double room (breakfast not included) €80 /2 persons (https://www.lenas-donau.at/).
Quasi-four-star ****: NH Danube City, double room (breakfast not included) €132 /2 people (https://www.nh-hotels.com/en/).
Quasi-four-star ****: Hotel Schani UNO City, double room (breakfast not included) €148 /2 persons (https://www.schanihotels.com/hotels/hotel-schani-uno-city).
As known by the organizing committee, if the team orders more than 10 rooms, the price might be negotiated as including breakfast.
2. Activities costs
(1) Health Qigong master Intensive lecture (2.5 days) : €240/person
(2) Routine training course (1 day per routine) : €100/person/course
Apply for two courses at the same time: €180/person
(3) Competition fee: 1568 Team PK Competition: €20/person
International Cooperation Challenge: €15/person
Individual Competitions: €20/discipline/person
[Note] If you pay in full before June 30, 2024, you can enjoy early bird discount on training fee and competition fee. Early bird prices are:
(1) Health Qigong master Intensive lecture (2.5 days) : €220/person
(2) Routine training course (1 day per routine) : €90/person/course
Apply for two courses at the same time: €160/person
(3) Competition fee: 1568 Team PK Competition: €18/person
International Cooperation Challenge: €12/person
Individual Competitions: €18/discipline/person
Banquet: €30 per person (including meal and one drink, extra drinks are charged)
VIII. Sign up and check in
1. European Member organizations of the IHQF and other organizations are requested to fill in the attachments as required, and send them to the Austria Health Qigong Association via email.
2. The registration deadline is September 1, 2024. Registration after September 1 (excluding) will be subject to a special service fee of 10% of the total registration fee.
3. Participants registered after September 1, 2024 can participate in the training and competition, but will not be included in the Program Book of the European Health Qigong Games 2024.
4. Local transportation services: Unified transportation will not be arranged for this Games. Vienna city transportation is developed and convenient. Traffic from the airport into the city, as well as the event venues of the Games can be reached by the subway. The Organizing Committee will provide traffic guide services before the Games.
5. Check-in date:
(1) Participants for Training courses and Master lecture should arrive on September 26.
(2) For those participating in the competition only, please arrive on September 28.
6. Check-in location:
Sportcenter Donaucity, Arbeiterstrandbadstraße 128, 1220 Wien.
IX. Other matters
1. At the time of check-in, each participating organization shall submit a formal entry form and a statement of responsibility for your all the participants to the Organizing Committee in the name of the team.
2. Participants must purchase life insurance and travel insurance for yourselves and your team, and are responsible for any illness or injury that occurs during the Games.
