Announcement of the 3rd IHQF General Assembly
Due to the global Covid-19 pandemic situation, after being discussed and confirmed by the 6th Session of the 2nd Executive Board Meeting of IHQF on March 27, 2021, the 3RD IHQF GENERAL ASSEMBLY will be held through online video conference on August 14, 2021 (Saturday) from 19:00pm to 22:00pm (GMT+8). The relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. SCHEDULE 1.Deliberate on the work report of 2016-2021 tenure. 2.Deliberate on the draft edition of STATUTES. 3. Election of the members of the 3rd Leaderships of IHQF.
II. CONFERENCE MODE AND PLATFORM The VooV Meeting platform will be used in this online video conferencing. At the same time, it is planned that the technical support team will independently develop conference registration, candidate display window, conference sign-in and secret ballot and other systems.
III. ENTRY POLICY Each IHQF Member Organization may designate a maximum of one (1) person with the position of secretary general or above as official representatives for the General Assembly. Each Member Organization has only ONE vote in the election.
IV. REGISTRATION The online registration is expected to open on June 15.
V. PREPARATION BEFORE THE MEETING 1. From April to May, each member organization installs conference platform (VooV Meeting), and takes the test on software operations and network environment together with IHQF. 2. In June, each member organization installs conference function APP, learning and testing system function and starts online registration. 3. In July, all member organizations carry out the test of the simulated rehearsal. The materials of the conference agendas will be distributed to each member organization and the suggestions and feedback will be collected in advance. The election materials for EB candidates will also be issued in advance.
