To build a platform for international Health Qigong academic exchanges and friendly communications so as to promote sound and fast development of Health Qigong, the International Health Qigong Federation will organize the 2nd World Health Qigong Scientific Symposium and the 6th World Health Qigong Tournament and Exchange. I. Fees（slightly） VII. Registration and accreditation 1. Member organizations of the International Health Qigong Federation and the relevant social organizations are kindly requested to fill in the attached forms as required and send it by e-mail or fax or mail to IHQF Secretariat and LES TEMPS DU CORPS（Scientific Symposium）and FPAMC-Federacao Portuguesa De Artes Marciais Chinesas（Tournament and Exchange）. 2. Deadline: 10th of August 2015. Participants registered after the deadline may take part in the events but shall not be listed in the Program and scores will not be taken account. 3. Accreditation date: August 21st 2015 for the Scientific Symposium participants and August 26th for the participants to Tournament and Exchange. Ways of accreditation and location shall be informed later. 4. Each delegation must submit the Original of the Entry Forms and 1 copy of the Participants’ Responsibility Statement to the Organizing Committee. 5. Entry forms of the events may be downloaded from the Chinese Health Qigong Association’s official website. (http://jsqg.sport.org.cn/) VIII. Other matters 1. The hosts in Paris and Porto provide assistance for accommodation reservation and city transportation during the events. Participants shall contact them directly and respectively for different service. Please be noted that there might be different policy and deadlines for reservation. 2. Participants must buy Life Insurance. The delegation or the individual undertakes the responsibility for illness or injuries occurring during the events. IX.
