The 1st International Health Qigong Tournament and Exchange was held in Beijing International Studies University on October 13, 2006. There are 13 delegations, about 120 people from 8 countries and regions including China, Finland, Germany, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Macao participated in the event.
Group and individual competitions were conducted at the Health Qigong Tournament. 4 disciplines of health Qigong created and arranged by CHQA, Yi Jin Jing, Wu Qin Xi, Liu Zi Jue and Ba Duan Jin were competed at the International Health Qigong Tournament. There are 21 competitors in the individual competition won the best prize, 28 won the Excellence Award, 19 won the Performance Award. There are four teams won the best team competition award, five teams won the Excellence Award, four teams won the Performance Award.
