开胯势是身气功·大舞的第二式动作,“开”同“開”字,从門从开,有門之開如弓之张,門之闭如弓之驰之说,有打开、开启、开拓,使其舒畅,使其展开的含义;胯,是指腰和大腿之间的部位,是下丹田所在之处,是“藏精”的重要部位,是生命能量的“仓库”。
