     VI      ENROLLMENT

1.              Seminar participants should be professional European Health Qigong instructors with adequate Health Qigong experience for advanced training. Each European Health Qigong organization is able to recommend no more than four (4) participants to the seminar. IHQF will confirm the accredited participants.

2.              Seminar participants enroll themself by sending an email to the IPG for registration.

When the fee is paid, the registration is done at the IGP.

It is strongly recommended that all Seminar participants shall live in the recommended hotel during the seminar. (tight time schedule of the training).

3.              The Duan examination is optional. The applicants will enroll and pay online according to the Duan Regulation.

4.              Health Qigong clothes and shoes are required during seminar. 

     VII    FEES FOR PARTICIPANTS

1.              Entry fee for European Seminar: EURO 200 € per person (including text book for Shi’er Duan Jin and Liu Zi Jue).

2.              Board and lodging fee for three days: EURO 480 € per person

It includes:

(1)    four days, three overnight stay (single room)

from noon of July 20 to the morning of July 23^rd  

(2)    three meals a day from July 21^st to July 22^nd

Beginning: lunch July 20^th , Ending: lunch July 23^rd

(3) banquet dinner in the evening of July 22

(4) beverages service during the seminar 

(5) Symposium fee: Inclusive for Seminar participants and EU program students

3.              Please note that we have only a limited number of rooms available in the reservation. Late applicants might be suggested to find other hotels because the reservation of the IGP is limited.

4.              The participants will be responsible for the extra fees should they have other special accommodation needs.

VIII ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION

1.              Participating organization shall send its Registration Form of seminar participant(s) to IGP via email (info@igp-institut.eu) before 30^th of May, 2017.

2.              The IGP will confirm the application by emailing the bill for the seminar and the IPG account details. Qualified applicants pay the seminar entry fee of EURO 200 € per person and EURO 264 € (55% of Board and lodging fee) per person to the IPG within five days after receiving the email.

3.              The IGP will confirm the reception of the payment by emailing the hotel reservation details and the hotel account details. Qualified applicants pay 216 € (45% of Board and lodging fee) per person.

4.              Resignation from accepted reservation is possible until 30. May 2017 with a resignation charge of 48 Euro is to be paid

5.              The participants are kindly requested checking-in and finishing registration at seminar hotel in the morning until lunch of July 20th, 2017.

      IX      EXTRA  INFORMATION

1.              The training language of the seminar is Chinese. English translation will be provided.

2.               The organizer and host of the seminar cannot accept any liability for accidents, illness or injuries taking place during the seminar. Therefore, it is advisable for the participants to make an insurance policy for their travel and stay

3.              Seminar participants are required to submit Insurance Declaration before registration.
