Health Qigong Entering Royal Air Force School of Physical Training in UK

On January 15, 2020, British Health Qigong Association were invited to introduce Health Qigong to the young & fit trainees at RAF COSFORD. The RAF Officer Training Academy is interested in negotiating sustainable development cooperation with British Health Qigong Association in the future.

Military training can sometimes be over focused on the physical strength which can be very competitive and hard, so good to see the RAF college has started to embrace the mental wellbeing into the training for the force.
