2019 is the first year of the implementation of Regulations for Technical Grade System of International Referees (Trial). To better guide the international referees work, after approval, the first Health Qigong International Referees Grade A were selected by means of recommendation and exemption from examination. Respectively, IHQF recommended members of the Techniques and Promotion Committee who have served as the Referee or Jury in International Health Qigong competitions more than two times, and CHQA recommended the Chinese national referees who have served as the instructor in the international referee training courses or the Head Referee or above in International Health Qigong competitions, a total of 11 people. At the same time, two training sessions for International Health Qigong referees (a total of 49 persons) were held in Guilin, Guangxi, China, and Melbourne, Australia in May and August 2019, respectively. 24 people who met the following requirements submitted their applications for Health Qigong International Referee Grade B:
--Attended training sessions and passed the technical examination, theoretical examination and examination for refereeing capacity
--Meet the application requirements, and be recommended by the Member Organization of IHQF.
A. Applicants from the member organizations within China meet the following four qualifications:
 a.Have the title of national referee of China three years or above;
 b.Served as the referee at the Health Qigong international events held by IHQF or CHQA; or served as the assistant chief referee or above in national events;
 c.Served as head referee or above in national events;
 d.Have the Chinese Health Qigong level of Duan 7 or above.
B. Applicants from other member organizations meet the following two qualifications:
 a.Served as the referee at the international events held by IHQF or CHQA;
 b.Have the international Health Qigong level of Duan 4 or above.
According to the implementation of Regulations for Technical Grade System of International Referees (Trial), the applications of the above 35 persons have been reviewed and approved by the Techniques and Promotion Committee as the first batch of Health Qigong International referees who meet the application requirements. The list (see attachment) is now published.
