In order to promote the development and popularization of Health Qigong in Japan, improve the level of the Health Qigong teachers and train the local senior instructors of Health Qigong in Japan, invited by the Japan Liangong 18 Association, the Chinese Health Qigong Association organized a group composed of Mr. Liu Xiaomao as the leader and three Health Qigong instructors: Mr. Xiang Hanping, the associate professor of Wuhan Sports University in Wuhan province, China; Ms. Zhang Caiqin, the associate professor of Inner Mongolia Normal University in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China; Ms. Zeng Weihong, the teacher of Fujian Sports Vocational Education and Technical College in Fujian province, China to hold the East Asian Health Qigong Seminar for Senior Instructors in Japan during April 4 to 10, 2018. The seminar involved theoretical lectures, technical training, competition rules explanation, simplified Health Qigong forms training, Introduction on the organization of Health Qigong Duan Exam and conducting Duan Exams. The Seminar had a good effect and achieved the expected goal.
